Short Breaks - Youth Group Support for Disabled children

In total there will be 4 youth groups based throughout Cheshire West and Chester to enable full borough coverage The total group lot must cover Chester and Rrural , Northwich and Winsford and Ellesmere Port and Neston The groups may be delivered either centre based, activity specific friendship groups (meeting in community venues of the young peoples choice) or a combination of both The provider will provide a service which offers families the opportunity to take a short break from their caring responsibilities. The short breaks service for groups will provide support at evenings, weekends and holidays usually offering 3 hour sessions of breaks.
