Tender description
Which R&D activities can ensure a power grid that is safe, effective and environmental-friendly in 2030? Statnett looks for good answers, and asks for new ideas for R&D-projects. For R&D-projects starting in 2017, Statnett has the following process: Use Statnett's web site to send in your ideas for R&D-projects: http://www.statnett.no/Samfunnsoppdrag/Forskning-og-utvikling/Utlysning-varen-2017/. Statnett will consider submitted proposals and decide if and how they can be taken further. Ideas with interest for Statnett will be classified and evaluated further either as: 1. Projects with external financial support: a. The Reseach Council of Norway, b. EU projects; 2. Projects where the contract process is according to ‘Lov om offentlige anskaffelser av 17. juni 2016 nr. 73’ (LOA) og ‘Forsyningsforskriften av 12. august 2016 nr. 975’ (FYF): a.
