Repair and maintenance services of playground equipment

Tender description

Durham County Council is seeking to appoint a Framework of suppliers for the Provision of Play Space Refurbishments for the Design, Supply and Installation; (or Design and Supply, or Supply and Installation or supply). The main users of the Framework Agreement will be Durham County Council however the Framework will be available for use by any Durham County Council Department, Schools, Academies or Associated Bodies. From the PQQ, subject to having passed sections A — F and achieved a minimum weighted score of 65 % for section G, the Council intends to invite the 8 highest scoring bidding organisations to tender with 5 Bidders being awarded a place on the Framework. Calls off can be under the various Lots A, B, C, D and / or E as listed below: A Design Supply and Installation of Play Space Refurbishment, B Supply and Installation C Supply only of Play Equipment D Safety Surfacing Replacement and E Corrective Maintenance to Manufacturers Equipment. Bidders successful on the framework must be able to deliver all 5 Requirements. Bidders must read the MOI then complete the PQQ, shortlisted bidders will be invited to tender where there is a project to be priced.
