Provision of the Adults Home Care Service, Children’s individualised Short Break Service and the Children’s Home Care Service

Tender description

North Lincolnshire Council is seeking information on the provision of a home care services for Vulnerable Adults and Children, and a Children’s Individualised Short Break Service. We are proposing a service delivery model that will enhance existing arrangements and it will provide more of an assurance for providers to pick up new work. Any responses should be submitted via the YORtender system no later than 12 noon on 18 April 2017. We are considering tending a number of different types of provision under 11 separate tender Lots. In any future tender, there would be no restriction regarding how many lots a provider could bid for or be awarded. The 11 proposed lots are as follows: • Category Lot 1 – Adults - The provision of non-specialist care • Category Lot 2 – Adults - The provision of care at Ashby Meadows Extra Care Scheme • Category Lot 3 - Adults - The provision of care at night • Category Lot 4 - Adults - The provision unplanned daytime care • Category Lot 5 – Adults - Severe and Complex Neurological conditions including Dementia • Category Lot 6 – Adults - Severe and Complex Learning Disability and / or Autistic Spectrum Disorder • Category Lot 7 – Adults - Support Living Scheme – DN17 Area • Category Lot 8 – Adults - Support Living Scheme – DN16 Area • Category Lot 9 – Adults - Support Living Scheme – DN15 Area • Category Lot 10 – Children’s Individualised Short Breaks • Category Lot 11 – Children’s Home Care Service Full details describing the proposed service delivery model are in the RFI along with a list of questions.
