Tender description

Lot 1 — Supply of Parking Machines The contract is to supply the machines identified within the specification in section 2.1). This is linked to a budget decision and therefore it is anticipated the contract will be awarded from the 7.3.2017. However, if Council do not approve the proposals then this contract may not go ahead in full. Lot 2 — Provision of a Cashless Parking Solution The contract is initially for 1 year(s) starting on 22.5.2017, with the option to extend for up to a further 3 years to be renewed on an annual basis. Lot 3 — Machine Installations Groundwork's for the installation of the Parking Machines including installation of electrical supply and parking machine into the required location as per your own specification. This is linked to a budget decision and therefore it is anticipated the contract will be awarded from the 7.3.2017.
