Midland Heart requires the ability to purchase gift cards or e/paper gift vouchers for our staff and customers. In 2016 Midland Heart spent £68,000 on gift vouchers and would like to put a contract or agreement in place with a suitable provider to purchase vouchers/gift cards on an ad hoc basis throughout the year. However, this spend is approximate and Midland Heart does not commit to any level of spend on this Contract. Due to the large amount of vouchers MH purchases per annum, which would be of benefit to the single supplier MH chooses, MH are looking to achieve a volume discount or cost reduction by purchasing from a single provider. Price will be 65 % of the score in the evaluation process. Midland Heart would like the flexibility to deploy paper and e-vouchers as part of their reward programme so please ensure that you explain how this could work and whether you are able to work with reward platform providers to potentially enhance this offer. • Midland Heart (MH) requires a clear process when purchasing vouchers/gift cards. • Vouchers need to be accepted in store and online. • A range of denominations of vouchers need to be provided i.e. £5, £10, £20 & £50. • MH needs the ability to order in bulk on an ad hoc basis and have these securely delivered. • Midland Heart would be interested in any rebate you could offer when we purchase a set amount at certain thresholds you may have in place. • MH is looking to use a supplier with a good quality of e/paper vouchers/gift cards which can be used to purchase a wide range of products. Quality will be 35% of the score awarded in the evaluation process. The quality questions in Section 5 will be used to determine the score awarded. Midland Heart would like gift cards/vouchers to be able to purchase a range of goods which will suit a mixed age demographic workforce across the wider Midlands area. Please demonstrate how your offer will be attractive to such a mixed audience.
