The City of London Corporation is looking appoint a planning consultant for three years. Planning Surveillance, Monthly reporting and Planning Casework. To provide monthly planning application monitoring for the streets surrounding Hampstead Heath, Golders Hill Park, The Heath Extension, Highgate Wood, Queen's Park and Keats House. To prepare a monthly report for the Superintendent detailing the potential impact of planning applications and general planning advice in relation to the sites (listed above). To prepare a short summary of current planning applications for public committee reports 8 times per year.
