Liverpool City Council is seeking tender responses from established and experienced External Lottery Managers or licensed lottery providers to operate an online Liverpool City Lottery on behalf of the council. The aim of the online lottery is to raise funds for local charities which will benefit the most vulnerable sectors of the community.
