Tender description

Nuclear safety services. The service provider is required to provide a Project Management Service (PMS) to maintain and update/revise, as required, the Naval Base Commanders Site Safety Justification(NBCSSJ) documentation suite at HM Naval Base Devonport, Plymouth, Devon, UK. The Naval Base Site Safety Justification (NBSSJ) is required to remain approved at all times to ensure compliance with the MOD Authorisation Conditions and MOD Naval Nuclear Safety Principles (NNSP). The PMS will also include the provision of nuclear advisory services, safety management arrangements and Independent Peer Review (IPR).
