Tender description

The Science Museum are seeking to appoint a Lead Designer (encompassing 3D Design, Graphic Design and Lighting Design services) to design the new London Science City Gallery. The Science Museum is seeking to appoint a Lead Designer to design the new London Science City Gallery. The appointed Lead Designer will contract with and manage a multi-disciplinary team encompassing 3D Design, Graphic Design, and Lighting Design services for the development and delivery of a new gallery exploring scientific advances in the 17th and 18th centuries and London's central role in this. The Museum is looking for an experienced and proven Lead Designer to lead a multi- disciplinary team to undertake this project. The Client reserves the right to request alternative sub-consultants. The Lead Designer will be responsible for the full coordination of design, engineering and services for the project. Therefore the Lead Designer will ensure the coordination of work packages produced by Client direct appointment consultants such as structural, and MEP.
