Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the design and execution of works in connection with the installation of playgrounds for Dublin City Council

Tender description

Multi-Party Framework Agreement over 4 years including playground design and execution of works in connection with the supply and installation of playground equipment, safety surfacing and ancillary works. Submissions will be received from suitably qualified Companies with experience in the installation of high quality outdoor playground and associated civil works.The successful tenderer(s) will include a provision for the delivery and installation of the equipment to the nominated sites and will be responsible for the security until installed and formally ‘taken in charge’ by Park Services, Dublin City Council. It is envisaged that, subject to the receipt of suitable tenders, 8 tenderers will be appointed to the Multi Party Framework Agreement The framework agreement will be established on foot of an initial tranche of works to be awarded in 5 individual lots at the following locations: Lot 1 – Location A Ranelagh Gardens Park Lot 2 – Location B Herbert Park (at Home Villas/ Pembroke Cottages) Lot 3 – Location C Bluebell Park Lot 4 – Location D Jim Mitchell Park, Inchicore Lot 5 – Location E Stannaway Park Please note the requirements for each lot are set out in Volume A Works Requirements - “Instruction for Works”
