Tender description
<p>Provision of LOT 1- Primary care and Occupational Health Services (on site) LOT 2- Gym Management Services (on site) LOT3- Dental Services (off site) Primary Care Practioner, Occupational Health Practioner and Nurse plus Medical Secretary. LOT 2 Gym Management Services To manage the in-house Gym facility and provide some external trainers to provide exercise classes and personal training services. LOT 3 Off site Dental Services Provision of off-site dental services to compliment the on-site services already in place. No fixed number of patients will be agreed as part of the contract. IMPORTANT; All interested companies must express interest by completing the uploaded Supplier Questionnaire (SQ) document only. The ITT and other related documentation is for information only at this stage.
