Extension of Maintenance Services for the Payroll System presently used within the Strathclyde area of Police Scotland. The Payroll System presently used within the legacy Strathclyde area of Police Scotland is the Cyborg System supplied by SumTotal Ltd. The Scottish Police Authority owns perpetual licences for this system and to allow Police Scotland to operate the system effectively and enable compliance with statutory payroll obligations, a maintenance contract requires to be in place with SumTotal Ltd.
