Tender description

The Letterkenny IT Tourism College Killybegs Summer Works 2015 project comprises both external and internal refurbishment works on a heritage building at Shore Rd, Killybegs Co. Donegal. The works will be carried out under the direction of a conservation architect. External works include the renewal of gutters, refurbishment of roof valleys, capping and ventilation of existing chimneys and redecoration of facades. Internal works involve the conversion and upgrade of an existing classroom as a demonstration bedroom/bathroom, including new windows, dry lining, new structural support to timber joists and fire stopping between floors.
