The University of Warwick, WMG has a requirement for to purchase a high temperature-controlled atmosphere mechanical testing machine for the use on metallic samples which shall be capable of rapidly testing small samples at temperatures up to 1 500 C. This will build on the current research being carried out and to obtain capabilities that can be used in the rapid development of alloys.
