Tender description

The Oscilloscope is key to measure signals with a high frequency in the time domain and determine their jitter in time domain, amplitude variation in the amplitude domain. These signals can be e.g. the analog signals entering an Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) or the digital signals exiting an ADC. The Oscilloscope can be used to measure the properties of analog signals (e.g. modulated RF signals) like modulation scheme, EVM and SNR.
