Tender description

The Authority is now seeking to continue its upgrade to the national ICT infrastructure Programme. The Munster Regional Communications Centre, through its lead Authority, Limerick City and County Council, is seeking to procure a new National Emergency Call Handling and Mobilising System for the Irish Fire Service which will provide Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence (CTri) between the three current Regional Communications Centres (RCCs) and over 200 fire stations, supported by a 5-year maintenance support for the infrastructure and software services with possible extensions past this point for an additional 2 years (1 + 1). The estimated total value of this project will be between 1 000 000 and 3 000 000 EUR. The Authority are looking to perform this procurement using the Competitive Dialogue with Negotiation process to ensure that Suppliers are given the capabilities to deliver an innovative solution without been restricted using other procurement models.
