Tender description
HS2 has a small innovation team that offers innovation management support across the entire project. They provide a structure by which innovative ideas are identified, assessed, developed and ultimately sanctioned for delivery. The scope of the requirement is the provision of an ‘on call’, ad hoc basis, relevant technical and industrialisation expertise to deliver technical input, opinion and expert knowledge on a broad range of innovation ideas at varying levels of maturity.
