GB-Liverpool: Plus Dane Materials Mini-Competition Award

Tender description

Plus Dane Housing conducted a mini-competition through the Spectrum/TPPL materials framework to select a single supplier to provide building materials to support their in-house contractor. Plus Dane owns and manages over 18,000 homes across Merseyside and Cheshire and employs nearly 800 people, including providing housing management services for 5,800 homes in Ellesmere Port and Neston on behalf of Cheshire West and Chester Council. We have a housing properties asset value in excess of £604m and a turnover of £101m. Contract value is estimated, and may vary dependent on volume of purchases. The estimate is based on total value across the entire contract duration including all extensions (5 years).
