Empowering Kingston's Communities through the Voluntary & Community Sector - Draft Specification

Tender description

The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (RBK) is undertaking a commissioning exercise to determine future delivery options for Empowering Kingston's Communities through the Voluntary & Community Sector. It is proposed that this service is delivered via two Lots: Infrastructure Support for Kingston's VCS (Lot 1) and Support for Volunteers and Active Citizens (Lot 2). Please find a draft specification for the Empowering Kingston's Communities through the Voluntary & Community Sector service (which covers both Lots) for the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames in the “public attachments” section. Interested providers are invited to comment on any element contained within the specification. Please email any comments as tracked changes to commissioning@kingston.gov.uk by no later than Friday, 28 April 2017. All answers provided will assist the Council in shaping outcomes and requirements. Any information provided will be strictly confidential and non-binding. The Council is committed to ensuring fairness, openness and transparency, and to follow EU procurement regulations. This soft market testing exercise does not constitute any commitment by the Council or any of its stakeholders to undertake any public procurement exercise in the future.
