Tender description
Norfolk County Council Children's Services sought to appoint Service Providers to a Framework Agreement for the provision of residential care and/or education services, day school services for Looked After Children (LAC), children at risk of being Looked After and/or children with special educational needs (SEN) of statutory schooling aged 5 to 19 years either with or without a Statement. The framework agreement has been procured under the Light Touch Regime. It is the Council's intention that new providers will be able to apply to join the Framework on an open basis on the same terms and conditions and on the same criteria as stated in the Invitation to Tender, unless the Council deems that amendments are required as a result of changes in legislation or changes within the Council. The Council reserves the right however, to close the framework for new applications if it deems this appropriate.
