Tender description

Staffordshire County Council are procuring these services on behalf of Stafford Borough Council. The contract will be between SBC and the successful provider. The Council is seeking to commission appropriate design and contract management services ahead of the formal decision on its application to the Heritage Lottery Fund in order to be in a position to undertake an immediate implementation of the next phase of the restoration project. The Council is therefore seeking tenders from appropriate consultants on the basis of a successful outcome to the grant application to HLF.
