Tender description

The Military Archives is tendering for the provision of a single supplier framework agreement for the supply of contract and payroll management for archival, conservation and other relevant services as operational requirements dictate on a need-by-need basis. The Military Archives reserves the right to identify and select appropriately qualified individuals to fill the above requirements. The Military Archives will award the framework contract for four years and up to a maximum spend of EUR 300 000. The Military Archives will not be under any obligation in terms of minimum draw down against this framework. The contract is subject to satisfactory performance and regular review of cost competitiveness.
