Guildford Borough Council require a main contractor to carry out the phased construction of a new Crematorium building and associated external works and services. This work will need to be carried out out in a manner that ensures that crematorium services can remain operational throughout the works. This work will need to be carried out out in a manner that ensures that crematorium services can remain operational throughout the works. The contract will be a JCT Standard Building Contract 2016. There is a current procurement for a Cremator specialist to design, install, commission and maintain the 2 cremators which will be installed in the new crematorium. The Main Contractor will sub-contract the Cremator specialist as a Named Specialist under the JCT contract.
