Tender description

This is to procure a Milton Keynes Community HIV Prevention and Sexual Health Promotion Service. The service will cover the provision of Sexual Health Promotion, Community HIV prevention, HIV testing for communities vulnerable to increased risk of infection. The service shall be delivered in broad accordance with the National Sexual Health and HIV Strategy (2001) and in line with the recommendations outlined in Public Health England's HIV in the United Kingdom (2014) The provider will undertake a wide and varied range of activities which meet the aims and objectives of the Community HIV prevention and Sexual Health Promotion Service and contribute to the following local outcomes: o Improve access to HIV testing in the community o Increase rates of early diagnosis of HIV o Reduce the rates of undiagnosed HIV o Reduce the rate of late HIV diagnosis (where CD4 count
