Tender description
Shoreline Housing Partnership is seeking a suitably experienced and competent contractor to carry out cleaning services at over 120 sites in North East Lincolnshire. This includes offices, and communal areas of sheltered housing schemes and blocks of flats. The contract is for 3 years, to commence 1.8.2017. There will be no extension options. Please see below indicative time-scales for the procurement process. Item Date Issue of ITT 3.4.2017. Expression of Interest Deadline 17.4.2017. (Documents available until). Mandatory Site Visit 19.4.2017 (Afternoon). Deadline for Questions or Clarifications 26.4.2017 at 17:00. ITT Tender Submission Deadline 4.5.2017 at 12:00 noon. Evaluation of Tenders by Shoreline By 19.5.2017. Approval for ‘Contract Award’ By 31.5.2017. 10 Day Standstill Period/Consult with Tenants June 2017. Mobilisation July 2017. Contract Commencement 1.8.2017. Contract End 31.7.2020.
