NHS Digital potentially requires Facilities Management (FM) Services for seven sites across our Estate. — Leeds — 4 sites — Exeter — 2 sites — Redditch — 1 site The services NHS Digital receives are; —Cleaning — Security (manned) — Security (systems) — Asset maintenance — Asset repairs — Statutory testing — Pest control — Waste management — Catering — Space Management — Mechanical and Electrical — Construction — Minor works. We wish to engage early with suppliers under this procurement and understand the interest in the market and Rough Order of Magnitude costs for provision of FM services to our Estate. We are seeking to engage with the market, prior to deciding our route to market from the below options: —A single tender for a Total Facilities Management service —A single tender with multiple Lots; allowing the supplier to bid for all or some of the services and maybe locations.
