The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust are acting on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board who are seeking to establish a contract for the supply of dropper bottles to the Welsh External Quality Assurance Service [WEQAS]. The bottles must be; — able to hold at least 0.5 ml serum, — within the range of 13.4 mm to 13.7 mm due to the automated dispensing system in use currently and existing specimen packaging, — transparent to ensure ease of product testing after filling of bottle. As part of the tender, a minimum of 250 of each product sample must be provided for the WEQAS team to evaluate and test on their automated machine.
