Tender description

Leicester City Council (the Authority) invites Tenders for the provision of Independent Living Support Supported Housing Service which is non-statutory support, for vulnerable adults and older people in the city of Leicester. Please note the provision of personal care and accommodation is not being procured. Only the provision of Independent Living Support Services is being procured. Independent Living Support Supported Housing Service will offer vulnerable adults including older people support to maintain and /or develop skills that will empower them in their every-day lives to manage all practical aspects of daily living to include setting up and maintaining the home to achieve resettlement and help to maintain positive health and well-being. The proposed Contract will be for an initial period of 30 months to commence on 1 October 2017, with an option to extend, subject to satisfactory performance outcomes and agreement by the Authority, for a further period or periods up to a total of 24 months, taking the contract term to a maximum of 54 months.
