Tender description
HS2 Ltd is responsible for developing and promoting the new high speed railway known as HS2. HS2 will initially run between London and Birmingham (Phase 1) but will subsequently be extended to link Birmingham to Manchester and Leeds (Phase 2). Phase 1 stations design services are divided into the following 4 Lots: Southern Lots: — London Euston; and — Old Oak Common. Northern Lots: — Interchange Station; and — Birmingham Curzon Street. The scope of Design Services (including base scope and optional scope) is described in the Pre-Qualification Pack (‘PQP’) and accompanying Procurement Documents. Applicants/Tenderers may express interest in and, if shortlisted, tender for all 4 Lots. However: (a) a Tenderer cannot win more than 2 Contracts; and (b) a Tenderer cannot win both Southern Lot Contracts. Applicants are referred to the PQP for further information on the Evaluation Methodology to be applied at ITT stage to identify the most economically advantageous tender for each Lot.
