Tender description

The works comprise the fabrication and installation of an external means of escape staircase linking the upper playground with the lower internal access road. Associated works include the removal of a tree, bushes and undergrowth and to reduce levels of the embankment to accommodate the stairs and level hardstandings to the top and bottom of the stairs including the erection of a small gabion retaining wall.
