Required works may include, but are not limited to the following: — Storage solutions — Internal racking and equipment storage solutions to drawing specifications. — Internal and external lighting systems — Carried out as part of conversion. — Telematics devices — Fitted by NGN Contracted supplier. — Communications equipment — All new vehicles will come with Bluetooth compatible radio unit. — IT equipment — Service provided by Panasonic who install Tough Book docking stations and associated components as required. — On board power systems — Currently provided by NGN contracted supplier. — Towing equipment — To specification. — Entry steps — To specification. Innovative storage solutions are required to safely carry a wide range of tools and materials to ensure our mobile workforce function efficiently and safely, and delivery weight saving solutions to maximise pay load. The Supplier shall hold the appropriate technical, quality, health and safety and environmental qualifications and accreditations relevant to the provision of the Services including as a minimum: — EWVTA Accreditation (European Whole Vehicle Type Approval). — NSSTA Accreditation ( National Small Series Type Approval). — Van Enhancement Scheme (Conformity of Production). — The Supplier shall co-ordinate with installation of load weight systems provided by NGN contracted supplier. — The vehicles will be supplied free issue with no modifications direct from the manufacturer. — The specification of the vehicle will be confirmed to the convertor prior to delivery. — The delivery date from the manufacturer will be advised directly to the convertor by the vehicle manufacturer. Timescales will be measured upon receipt of vehicles into the convertor compound.
