Tender description

The Keneba lab has been conducting several studies that require the use of an RT-PCR cycler - uses include: pathogen analysis of stool, SNP genotyping and gene expression, telomere sequencing, and methylation-specific PCR. All of these studies have been performed using CFX96 PCR 96-well detection system . Telomere sequencing in particular requires the multi-colour capabilities of this cycler.
