Steven Graham is the team lead What Specialists Work On Lead the establishment of a framework agreement to support Master Data Exchange • Establish a Demonstration of Technology for Master Data Exchange • Set up, manage and maintain a technology provider workspace on DH eXchange • Develop and agree business cases that support the technology requirements of Scan4Safety • Develop and deliver technology provider engagement implementation plan • Lead technology-related aspects of Scan4Safety conferences and events • Support relationship with OpenPEPPOL and lead the NHS PEPPOL Authority on behalf of DH • Lead the relationship with external outsourced provider of PEPPOL Authority technical support services Where the Work Takes Place Skipton House 80 London Road SE1 6LH Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements Office based at Skipton House but agile working essential from home or around the country.regular visit's to trusts around the country as well as events Work Location Skipton House 80 London Road SE1 6LH Security Clearance BPSS with Disclosure Scotland Additional T&Cs Skills & Experience Working knowledge of NHS trusts Transformation experience IT background (IT director or similar, systems, processes and IT strategies) Nice to Haves Gravitas (able to work with directors in trusts and senior civil servants) Government experience OBC business case experience No. of Specialists to Evaluate 10 Cultural Fit Criteria Work as a team with our organisation and other suppliers Can work with clients with low technical expertise Fit well into an established team Assessment Method Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 65% Cultural fit 15% Price 20% Questions from Suppliers Budget range £575
