Tender description

Staff and Visitor car parking at St. Mary's Hospital site is provided widely across the site and has evolved with the site's development over a number of years; as such there has been no strategic approach to the provision of car parking. The Trust, through WLP, is currently considering options to progress a programme of redevelopment at the site and this will include the alignment of car parking. We are looking at all options for the management of Car Parking and Security services. Proposals are invited to provide a fully managed package in the provision of Car Parking and Security with an income stream to the Trust. Car Parking and Security Services at St Marys Hospital Isle of Wight.
