Tender description

South Wales Fire and Rescue Service wishes to procure referral services for specialist advice and surgical procedures and have developed the specification for the services required. Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service have also indicated that they may wish to join this arrangement at a later date. The services anticipated to be provided in broad terms are: Referral Services for Specialist Advice, Surgical Procedures, After Care. To provide consultant advice on patients referred by SWFRS. Cost of first consultation and report of consultation findings and/or advice. To provide a surgical procedure service to patients requiring surgical treatment, referred by SWFRS. This cost to include hospital, surgeon and anaesthetists fee. Should also include return to fit within 30 days for immediate complication. To provide 1 follow up with surgical consultant and report of consultation findings and/or advice. To provide costs of any additional follow up to include diagnostics. To provide consultant advice on patients referred by SWFRS. Cost of first consultation and report of consultation findings and/or advice. To provide a surgical procedure service to patients requiring surgical treatment, referred by SWFRS. This cost to include hospital, surgeon and anaesthetists fee.
