Supply and Delivery of Catering and Bar Services for Grimsby Town Hall

North East Lincolnshire council is carrying out a Pre Market Consultation to deliver an excellent catering and bar service for all wedding, celebration and function bookings, including Civic and Mayoral events, with the opportunity to develop future catering events within Grimsby Town Hall. The council is proposing to explore alternative suppliers to continue to provide a high standard of catering and bar service for all wedding, celebration and function bookings, including Civic and Mayoral events within Grimsby Town Hall. There is also the opportunity to increase all bookings and promote the service through future catering events. The options under consideration are: • A venue management company to utilise the Grimsby Town Hall as a venue and manage all functions within; or • A full catering and bar service, together with an event management function; or • A catering and bar service; or • A catering service and a bar service (separate providers) Keywords: Function Management, Catering, Bar Services
