States Works Electrical and Mechanical Section require a replacement medium van. It will be used for a broad range of tasks including transportation of general goods, tools and equipment including PPE. Quotation prices should be based on the purchase of a single vehicle. Vendors are strongly advised to read the conditions of purchase and specification thoroughly to ensure the item proposed and price quoted complies with all documentation. A pro-forma tender return indicating the parameters of the equipment proposed must be submitted with your tender, including the retail price and appropriate discount for the basket of spares requested. Vendors will be reviewed on quality, whole life cost, carbon emissions, fuel economy and efficiency of service basis so it would assist the reviewer if as much detail as possible could be provided.
