Tender description

The Care Council for Wales is looking to upgrade our current Regulatory ICT system and its online portal to bring it in-line with advances in technology and broaden the scope to the use of the wider remit when we transition into Social Care Wales in April 2016. We are looking for a solution to maximise the investment in the current CRM, upgrading the efficiency and effectiveness of the existing infrastructure. The technical, training and support expertise required, as well as the high profile and critical nature of the work and tight time-scales, make this a demanding commission. The project will be carried out by competitive dialogue tender in a three-phased approach. The timetable for the project is contained in the contract notice. The Care Council wishes to procure a single Supplier with the expertise, experience and capacity to provide the upgrade within time-scales and budget to go-live in April 2018. This means either 1 organisation that has the range of expertise in house or an organisation with considerable expertise in house and sub-contracting with key partners.
