Tender description

Heritage of London Trust Operations Ltd (HOLTOP) is seeking expressions of interest from contractors with suitable conservation qualifications for repair and specialist conservation works to St George's Garrison Church in Woolwich, a building on the Historic England ‘Heritage-at-Risk Register’. Following an assessment of the PQQ a short-list of no more than 5 contractors will be invited to formally tender for the repair works. No liability of cost will be accepted for the work involved in making a submission and no guarantee is given that any contract will be offered. Completed PQQ's must be returned no later than 12:00 noon on 13.4.2017.
