Regulatory requirements for scorecards in CP6

Tender description

This project aims to ensure continuation of policy development and preparation of a position for the ORR board for a key project during a period of resource tightening. The Consultants will be required to contribute to the: Further development of ORR’s existing policy approach for ORR’s role in relation to scorecards in CP6, and how this translates into setting ORR’s requirements for Network Rail under PR18; Further development of ORR’s existing policy approach in relation to the set of measures which ORR will require for CP6 within the above framework; Support, direction and coordination of the individual measure workstreams led by ORR teams, recognising the existing policy position; Improvements and developments of the existing policy positions; and, Liaison with key internal and external stakeholders to further develop the positions
