Provision of Key-holding, Intruder/Fire Alarm Monitoring & Emergency Only Static Guard

Tender description

The scope of the contract that results from this tender shall be for the provision of Key-holding, Intruder/Fire Alarm Monitoring & Static Guards on an emergency basis to all centres under the City of Dublin ETB jurisdiction (Appendix 1) for a period of one year with an option to extend for a further 12 and or 24 months. Tenderers should have direct access to a 24 hour Monitoring Station, Central Station, this station to have ability to monitor CCTV, existing Alarm Digital Signals - both Fire and Intruder Alarms and be fully equipped to today’s modern technology standards. Each tenderer in their tender submission should state the name and address of the company providing these services. They must also state the formal relations between both companies. Static Guard Services will be used on an emergency basis only.
