Tender description

The Council is seeking to appoint a provider to provide banking services for Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council and the wholly owned subsidiary, Volair Ltd, for an initial contract period of 5 years, commencing on 01 April 2017. This may be extended by a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance and budget approvals at the discretion of the council. For the purposes of contract management and invoicing, the successful organisation will enter into two contractual arrangements; one with Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council (KMBC) and one with Volair Ltd. The same terms and conditions found on the electronic portal ‘The Chest’ will apply to both KMBC and Volair Ltd.
