Provision of a Management Information System for the Co-Innovate Programme

Tender description

This tender is issued on behalf of all the Co-Innovate Project Partners – InterTradeIreland, Enterprise NI, the six border county Local Enterprise Offices, Scottish Enterprise, Highlands and Islands Enterprise and East Border Region. Co-Innovate would prefer that the proposed solution would be ‘off-the-shelf’ and/or easily configured for our requirements. The system is required to facilitate the management of the delivery of the Programme to the client from initial contact, through all strands in which they are involved, to completion. The system will be stand-alone. The main processes of delivery which must be addressed are: A. Strand 1 - Initial Enquiry B. Strand 1- Application/Innovation Ready Reckoner C. Strand 1 - Attendance at Workshops D. Positioning within Strand 2 E. Positioning within Strand 3 F. Positioning within Strand 4 G. Positioning within Strand 5 H. Ongoing Monitoring At each stage (A-H) the system must be capable of supporting and reporting on budgetary control management through the capturing of actual expenditure and profiling against anticipated spend.
