Tender description

Provision of a sample archiving and retrieval system whereby individual samples can be booked in and tagged to allow full traceability through integration with the existing Laboratory Information Management System. The Cryo Stock Control and Audit system manufactured by Cryogatt will enable the department to efficiently store the samples at any temperate down to -196 degrees. The system also facilitates full track and trace functionality through the use of RFID cards which is critical as the samples will be stored at various locations areas over 7 different laboratories. Thus securing the capability to record and log samples trail at various stages.
