Tender description

This Framework Agreement is for the supply of Conducted Energy devices (CEDs) and associated equipment, and will have a term of 24 months with 2 optional 12 month extension periods (for a total possible extension period of 24 months). Only items agreed by the Contracting Authority may be purchased off the framework. The Framework provider, or their representatives based in the United Kingdom, is required to hold Section 5 authority in order to possess, purchase, acquire, manufacture, sell or transfer a prohibited weapon under section 5 of the Firearms Act 1968.
