St Helens Council Contract to Operate Sherdley Park Golf Course and Driving Range - Market Engagement St Helens Council is considering cost neutral options for the operation of Sherdley Park Golf Course and Driving Range. In advance of any potential Tendering exercise St Helens Council wants to engage with the market and understand the interest that exists for organisations to take on such an undertaking. Especially as the initiative must be cost neutral to the Council. As such Providers are invited to review the attached documents and by completing the Response Form provide details of any issues that affect the viability of any contract that is cost neutral to the Council. Providers can also include any alternative suggestions to a contract but must be mindful of financial implications to the Council.
