Tender description

The Robert Gordon University wishes to appoint a provider of student accommodation communications services. The internet provision in the Halls of Residence throughout Robert Gordon University (RGU) is currently provided and supported by a 3rd party. It is intended that we continue with this service provision via a contractor who will be wholly responsible and accountable for a fully managed service provision which will have no expectation or dependency on the University. Students rate this highly and as being an essential part of the service they receive. There is high importance attached to it and that it enhances the student experience. It is therefore imperative that the service the student receives is fast and reliable and is robust enough to allow for students to have multiple devices.
