Tender description

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust (UHCW) are seeking a supplier to provide a Haematological Malignancies Diagnostic Service which is fully compliant with relevant Cancer Peer Review Measures (Manual for Cancer Services Haemato-oncology Cancer Measures Version 1.1 (April 2013)) to Coventry and Warwickshire Pathology Services. The supplier will provide haematopathology consultant PAs to Coventry and Warwickshire Pathology Services based at UHCW and process samples in line with the quality level, outcomes and access criteria set out in the tender documents. The service will include generation of a single, electronic, Integrated Report and will achieve specified turnaround times from receipt of sample to delivery of report as well as contributing to haematology audit, research, teaching and service development activities within the Network.
