Tender description

The Council is wishing to procure a secondary home care provider for each of the 11 geographical zones across the City The secondary provider awarded these contracts will be required to provide care and support services in awarded zone(s) between the hours of 6:00 and 23:00. Where services need to be delivered outside of this time period, these will be considered an ‘night time service’ and providers can choose to deliver these, but are not required or obliged to under this contract. Tenderers can apply for all lots however will only be awarded a maximum, subject to the tenderer's eligibility. Zone preferences expressed will be taken into consideration.
